How does your life feel? Are you optimistic or pessimistic? Do you associate with others that uplift or depress you? Do you feel comfortable in the place where you live, work, or places where you socialize?

Are you living up to your potential? By that I mean, are you content to give just enough effort to coast by in life? I’m not immune from this malady. I have to catch myself when I lack the effort to go for what I want. As a highly sensitive person, it’s important for me to have a productive purpose.
