#HighlySensitivePeople #Introverts: Are You Attracting What You Deserve?

I’ve learned something important: Sometimes, improving your life begins with changing what you allow into it.

As a highly sensitive person, I know how much the people around us and the environments we spend time in can affect how we feel. The wrong people and situations can drain our energy, while the right ones can help us grow.

So, let me ask you a question: Are you attracting the life you want, or are you settling for the life you’ve become accustomed to?

Think about the people you associate with. Do they encourage you, respect you, and bring out the best in you? Or do you regularly walk away feeling discouraged, anxious, or emotionally exhausted?

What about your surroundings? Do they give you a sense of comfort and peace, or do they leave you feeling uncomfortable and overwhelmed?

Here’s my unconventional advice: Stop trying to adapt to everything around you. Start asking whether everything around you deserves a place in your life.

You don’t have to keep spending time with people who drain you. You don’t have to remain in situations that undermine your confidence. And you don’t have to sacrifice your well-being just to make other people comfortable.

Of course, we can’t control everything that happens to us. Nor can positive thinking guarantee that we’ll attract everything we want. But we can become more aware of our thoughts, our choices, and the environments we choose whenever possible.

I believe highly sensitive people have a special opportunity here. We often think deeply about our experiences, notice subtle changes in our surroundings, and recognize how people affect us. Why not use that awareness to make better decisions?

And there’s one more thing I want you to consider: Do you believe you deserve a better life?

If you don’t, ask yourself where that belief came from. Did someone make you feel that you weren’t good enough? Have past experiences convinced you to expect less from yourself or others?

Whatever the source, those experiences don’t determine your worth.

My advice is to stop focusing exclusively on changing yourself to fit into the world. Start choosing what fits you.

Look for people who appreciate your sensitivity. Create more room for activities that restore your energy. Challenge the negative beliefs that keep you from pursuing what matters to you.

You don’t need to change your personality to build a more satisfying life. You need to understand yourself well enough to make choices that respect who you are.

Today’s Brave Step: Take a look at one person, situation, or environment in your life that consistently drains you. Ask yourself what small change you can make to protect your energy and move toward the life you want.

Remember, you may not control everything you attract, but you have more influence over what you accept and what you choose next than you might realize.

If this resonated with you, someone you care about might need it too. Don’t wait—share it with them now. A few words at the right moment can make all the difference.
