I’ve been frustrated by having many health problems at one time. I seem to have one issue after another! My mindset has been focused on dealing with these things and navigating the healthcare system.

But here’s what finally shifted everything:
I committed to something that actually mattered to me. I started writing—consistently, passionately—for sensitive, introverted, and socially anxious people like us.

The distractions that once drained me? They started falling away.

I stopped scattering my energy and started focusing it. Not with pressure. But with purpose.

Here’s what I learned the hard way:
*  Focus isn’t about forcing.
*  It’s about feeling aligned.
*  It’s about showing up for yourself, even when the future is uncertain.

It wasn’t magic. It was focus.
Not the hustle kind. The heart-led kind.

Most people think being “committed” means pushing harder. But for us—the deep feelers and overthinkers—it often means simplifying, grounding, and gently protecting our energy so we can actually follow through on what matters.

And here’s the unconventional truth:
Being present isn’t about letting go of your dreams—it’s about building them, one intentional step at a time.

So ask yourself:
* What is calling for your focus today?
* What project, dream, or quiet passion do you keep putting off “until you’re ready”?
* What would happen if you took one small action—and gave it your full, sensitive, creative energy?

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You do need to start showing up for yourself.

Start small. Start now. That’s how you build something meaningful.
