I’m extremely frustrated! I’ve had three cases of Covid.  One on January 2022. Another case in December 2022, and two weeks ago with Covid Pneumonia. I’ve been fully vaccinated. I will get another one if needed. My symptoms might have been worse if I didn’t have them. I’ve been trying to get medical help with no results on what to do. My main problem is dealing with extreme fatigue, persistant cough, and brain fog (concentration and focus issues). This makes it very difficult for me to write my blog posts and newsletter that I love to do! (more…)

#HighlySensitivePeople: What Keeps You From Moving Forward?

There are many factors that keep us from making the most of our talents. Fear of the unknown, fear of failure, lack of confidence, and anxiety over being judged are common roadblocks.

Facing the unknown is scary, but you shouldn’t allow your fear to limit you. Sometimes, you just have to take a deep breath, and do the thing that scares you. If you fail, you can always try again or make adjustments. To put things in perspective, Thomas Edison never would have invented the electric light if he feared uncertainty or failure. (more…)

Although social festivities and family gatherings obscure the original meaning of Labor Day, having the first Monday in September off as a paid holiday is a greatly appreciated benefit for all American workers who have it. However, without the fringe benefit of paid holidays, many Americans either have to work or lose money if they take Labor Day off.
