#HighlySensitivePeople: Is it harder for highly sensitive people and introverts to bounce back from difficult times?

As a highly sensitive person and introvert I feel more deeply affected by difficult experiences and need more time and self-care to recover. However, I see it as a strength in terms of being attuned to my own needs and the needs of others, which can help me better cope with challenges and build resilience to bounce back from difficult times.

It’s important to recognize that everyone has their own unique strengths and challenges when it comes to building resilience, regardless of personality type.
